Clients already had a extension to the front room on the property. SBR removed the existing roof and built onto the existing brickwork to extend the bedroom above. 

We undertook a bungalow renovation to change a existing property into a wheelchair friendly home.

The property was completely gutted and started from a fresh. A raised patio with ramps  to gain easy access to the rear garden. A large extension with a set of bi-folding doors to create a new sitting room.

Adapted kitchens and bathrooms with level access flooring.

The clients already had a beautiful home in the Hampshire countryside. They required a bigger kitchen/dining area with an more fitting kitchen. We created a more light and area space which made the kitchen bigger and more inviting for the family (the kitchen is opposite). 

The clients had an existing three tiered garden that could not be managed without access. We were tasked to reduce the levels and construct steps to access the different levels. With the use of brickwork and flintwork this was achieved.

We were asked to transform a rear garden space from a sloped unusable area to a flat more suitable space. 

The garden was excavated flat, paved, bordered with sleepers and turfed to create a beautiful space for the client.  

After constructing the extension to the kitchen area we were tasked with designing and installing a kitchen that was usable and was in keeping with the property.

A beautiful coloured kitchen with quartz worktops was chosen and installed in the space.
